page outlines the booking terms and forms the basis of your contract with the Gulf Academy of Safety. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian court.

Course Fees & Payments

Gulf Academy of Safety fees consist of 2 types of fees that is Course fees and Exam fees.

Course fees has to be cleared at the time of enrollment or within 30 days of admission.

Exam fees has to be cleared before the exam registration deadline or application of your certificate.

Certificates and Exam will be processed only after the payment is 100% cleared.

Gulf Academy of Safety will never promote unethical practice or provide pass guarantee for any of its courses. All fees are payable to Gulf Academy of Safety official account only. Gulf Academy of Safety will not be liable or responsible for any payments made to other accounts. If any staff asks for payments or promote pass guarantee on our courses kindly report to ibrahim@gulfacademy.co for confirmation before making any payment.

All fees are payable in advance. Course materials will not be sent until payment is received. Fees quoted are correct at time of publication, but Gulf Academy of Safety reserves the right to alter fees at any time.

General

Complete Payment must be received before course begins. Materials and log in details (if relevant) will not be issued until payment is received. Gulf Academy of Safety reserves the right to refuse admittance to the course/exams until payment is received.

Gulf Academy of Safety reserves the right to cancel or alter the dates or provision of service, the venue and the individual or organization providing the service. In the event of a course cancellation, bookings will normally be deferred to the next available course at the same venue unless the client specifically requests otherwise.

Provisional bookings are not permitted for registering on exams. Exam Bookings are confirmed once exams fees submitted and are subject to acceptance of learners as per NEBOSH terms & conditions. Kindly visit www.nebosh.org.uk for more information on student eligibility criteria.

Exams fees are subject to change and same will be update to learners.

Classroom Courses

Whilst we will try to maintain ideal numbers of delegates to tutors, this is not always possible. The final decision on number of delegates per course is made by Gulf Academy of Safety.

Gulf Academy of Safety reserves the right to deliver a course by using one or multiple trainers. Whilst the same trainer will always be used where possible, this is not always practical.

Course materials are kept under continuous review via rigorous quality procedures. Gulf Academy of Safety cannot be held responsible for any omissions or errors in the course materials.

Gulf Academy of Safety cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances (including acts of God) that affect the running/delivery of a course. We will endeavor to work with our clients to resolve any such matter to the best of our ability.

Whilst Gulf Academy of Safety does its best to keep venues as listed on the website, Gulf Academy of Safety reserves the right to change the venue at any time. Delegates will be notified of any changes to the course venue.

Distance / E-Learning Training Courses

For NEBOSH Certificate courses, materials provided that are up to date at the time of booking. If materials are to be updated as per any changes in the syllabus, free revisions will be provided by Gulf Academy of Safety. We will notify students of updates via email and/or social media platforms.

Support from the study support team is unlimited, however the onus is on the delegate to contact tutors when in need of assistance. This can be done via telephone, email, social media, Skype etc. Tutors will be allocated to each learner along with tutor email address and office number.

Mocked assessments / assignments are provided as part of the course materials. It is vitally important that these are completed and submitted for feedback before delegates sit exams.

Invoices will be issued immediately on receipt of booking forms completely filled. Login details and access to E-Learning courses are supplied only on payment of invoice.

In-House Training

For any courses that are to be provided on the client’s premises, it is the responsibility of the client to provide the following: A suitable training room, large enough for all attendees, Lunch and refreshments (if applicable), A projector, flipchart and pens, Toilet and washing facilities etc..

Free Training Scheme

If a learner fails in any NEBOSH paper then he/she can take free training for the paper he has not qualified. Learner need to pay only the exams fees. This scheme is applicable to learner fulfilling the 3 conditions 1) 90% attendance on the course in class/online/eLearning. 2) Writing mock exams conducted during training. 3)Getting minimum 50% marks in the mock exam.

Cancellations / Refunds

Telephone cancellations/deferrals cannot be accepted but have to write an email to info@gulfacademy.co within 15 days after the course registration immediately in email.

In addition, Gulf Academy of Safety reserves the right to charge INR 1500 administration fee for each cancellation/deferral. Once materials are sent & exams are registered refunds cannot be offered.

Any non-refundable payments made towards NEBOSH will not be refunded. Kindly visit www.nebosh.org.uk for more information on student fees/refunds.

The course is intended for individual participation only. If it is determined that the training was not completed by you personally, your enrollment will be cancelled without eligibility for a refund.

For cancellations/deferrals within 15 days preceding the course commencement date, Gulf Academy of Safety reserve the right to pass on any such delegate fees that they incurred for each day of the course deferral like exams fees and British Council fees already paid.

All the EMI’s on the courses has to be paid on time. Late payment will be charged 10% of the total due amount.

Exams

All NEBOSH exams taken in India must be booked and paid in full atleast 4 weeks before the date of the exam. We do accept later bookings, although it is important to note that there may be additional fees if you are sitting for the exams in external venues.

If you submit a late exam booking and have missed the NEBOSH exam cut-off date, payment of late exam registration fees will be chargeable in order to register your exams.

Car parking charges may vary from office to office. Gulf Academy of Safety is not liable for any such charges.

Malpractice Policy and Procedures

NEBOSH is committed to fair assessment, supporting access and equality of opportunity for all candidates, while safeguarding the integrity of its qualifications. NEBOSH therefore takes very seriously any allegations of malpractice on the part of candidates and/or course providers. Complaints / Grievances

The following learner complaint Procedure shall not apply to claims relating to academic standing, grading or discipline. Such matter is within the jurisdiction of the Awarding bodies of their respective qualifications. The learner Grievance Procedures shall apply to learners complains relating to Student Programs, Facilities, Services & Student Relations: Allegations of unfair treatment from faculty, administration, staff or fellow learners.

a) Discuss the problem informally with your learning advisor
b) If for any reason the complaint is not resolved informally within 1-2 days the student should fill the complaint form available at office or email his complaint to ibrahim@gulfacademy.co
c) Director will conduct an investigation of the facts upon which the complaint is based. As soon as practicable, the Director for Students shall notify the grievant of the results of the investigation within 4-5 days.
